Battery lowering for passenger cars.

Activated by key switch in lobby or remote panel: cause the elevator to cancel all current calls and return to the lobby floor and park with the doors open.

Battery lowering for freight cars.

If enabled when no calls are in the system, the elevator will proceed to the programed home floor and park with doors closed. Can be turned off or on in the field.

The intent of this feature is to secure the elevator at the specified floor with the doors closed and hold the elevator there.

For roped cars with remote resetting governors.

Uses key operated hall call switch provided at one or more landings to activate Hospital Emergency Service overriding normal operation (phase 1). When the in car switch is in the hospital emergency service position (phase 2), the car is only operable by a designated person in the car.

Note: Similar to Hospital Service but for the state of Massachusetts

Will turn off the cab fan and light after a selectable amount of time.

“Select this when your voice annunciator requires a CE Driver board. Voice annunciators are usually required when travel is 60ft or greater.

MEI will require additional information before confirming compatibility. Please provide lobby panel prints or list of required panel features at time of quoting.

“A sensor provided by MEI to monitor the oil temperature and viscosity. This feature is automatically included with the Reflex Landing System and works to improve floor to floor travel time.

Five or more landings required for this feature. Controller will ignore nuisance calls if four or more car calls have been pushed and light curtain has not been broken after servicing two landings.

Include when there is a light to indicate Low Oil Operation in the COP

Controller provisions only - Flooded pit switch hardware to be provided by others.

A sensor located in the oil line that monitors the oil pressure. Generally required if jack head is above power unit.

Provisions for Lift Net monitoring system

Telescopic resynch is required on holeless applications with multistage jacks.

Ability to move the elevator a few inches up or down while the car doors are open. Typically used on freight cars during loading.

Momentary up/down toggle switch located on controller inspection in machine room.
